The proposed Fruitport casino property is located in a very highly visible and prime real estate location. Right of the 96 exit, it is easily seen from the highway. The entrance to the casino would be just a short trip from the exit ramp. There is already ample shopping and 2 major hotels within a few miles of the locations, along with many new restaurants.
